JobIntroduction:
As an Accommodation Administrator at RAF High Wycombe, Walters Ash, HP14 4UE, you'll be integral to the smooth running of the site, handling a range of administrative tasks. Your organisational skills will ensure that everything behind the scenes operates efficiently, while providing the support needed by our managers. You’ll interact with Armed Forces personnel daily, improving their quality of life and making a positive impact on all you encounter.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Responsible for accommodation bookings, allocation of room keys, and day to day catering requests
- Maintain excellent client/customer relationships
- Maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards, the furniture management plan pertaining to Accommodation Services
- Carry out administration duties and clerical assistance to the Accommodation manager as required
- Maintain records and documentation for audit purposes
- Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
What You Bring:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
- Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in UK for last 5 years to apply for this position
