AV Assistant (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)
Location: Diageo 1HQ, 16 Great Marlborough St, London W1F 7HS
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 07:00 – 19:00)
Hourly Rate: £14.60
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 months)
Join Sodexo as an AV Assistant at our prestigious Diageo 1HQ site in London and be part of a team that delivers exceptional events and AV support. In this client-facing role, you’ll ensure a seamless user experience across office and meeting spaces, providing expert technical support for events and video conferencing solutions.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day AV support across the site, including setup and troubleshooting
Support meeting room technology and ensure smooth video conferencing functionality
Deliver technical assistance for internal and external events
Monitor AV equipment, resolve issues quickly, and liaise with third-party support where necessary
Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior stakeholders to ensure a first-class client experience
Maintain an organised and professional AV service aligned with Sodexo standards
What you bring:
Proven experience in AV services, including setup and operation of AV systems, video conferencing, and event support
Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Relevant qualifications in Audio Visual technology
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
