We’re looking for a reliable and flexible General Assistant to join our team at Diageo Maturation in Alloa. In this dual-role position, you’ll support both our catering and cleaning teams across five sites — providing essential cover during staff holidays and sickness periods. Deliver daily cleaning duties to the required specification, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.
Provide catering support, including food preparation, service and basic kitchen tasks.
Travel between five local sites as needed to provide absence cover.
Maintain stock levels and cleanliness in both kitchen and cleaning areas.
Comply with all health and safety, food hygiene, and site security requirements.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
A flexible and dependable approach to work.
Comfortable working across multiple sites with varying start and finish times.
A full UK driving licence (essential due to travel between sites).
Must be at least 25 years old (for insurance purposes).
Previous experience in cleaning or catering preferred but not essential — full training provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
