Location: Diageo Maturation, Alloa
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus overtime
Hourly Rate: £13.45
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Shift Pattern: Between 6:00am and 9:00pm

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a reliable and flexible General Assistant to join our team at Diageo Maturation in Alloa. In this dual-role position, you’ll support both our catering and cleaning teams across five sites — providing essential cover during staff holidays and sickness periods. Main Responsibilities

• Deliver daily cleaning duties to the required specification, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.

• Provide catering support, including food preparation, service and basic kitchen tasks.

• Travel between five local sites as needed to provide absence cover.

• Maintain stock levels and cleanliness in both kitchen and cleaning areas.

• Comply with all health and safety, food hygiene, and site security requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• A flexible and dependable approach to work.

• Comfortable working across multiple sites with varying start and finish times.

• A full UK driving licence (essential due to travel between sites).

• Must be at least 25 years old (for insurance purposes).

• Previous experience in cleaning or catering preferred but not essential — full training provided.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
