We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Food Service Assistant to join our team at Unilever Four Acres in Kingston upon Thames. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a high-quality hospitality or corporate environment who enjoys delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.
As a Food Service Assistant, you will support the catering team with food service, preparation and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a high standard of service while following all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Support the preparation and service of food and beverages
Provide excellent customer service in a professional environment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all catering areas
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures
Assist with setting up service areas and clearing down after service
Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to maintain high service standards
Experience within a 5-star hotel, hospitality or corporate catering environment
Knowledge of food safety and health & safety procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and flexible approach to working hours
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
£14.95 per hour
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working pattern
