Make a Difference Every Day as a Cleaning Team Lead
at Sodexo, based in Aliwal Barracks, Tidworth Garrison, Wiltshire
You’ll be at the heart of keeping our site safe, healthy, and welcoming. This is a home to our armed forces personnel, and your work will make a real difference to their day-to-day life. What You’ll Do
Lead and support your team to make sure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Keep offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas clean and hygienic.
Manage stock and order cleaning supplies and consumables.
Promote health and safety, carrying out regular checks and reporting any hazards.
Give your team feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help them succeed.
Deliver excellent customer service, answering queries and concerns professionally.
What You Bring
Experience in cleaning or supervising a team, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
A supportive team player who can follow direction and help others.
Attention to detail and a commitment to keeping spaces clean and safe.
