Sodexo is seeking a motivated and confident Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at a prestigious corporate client site. We recognise and value people for who they are, and in this role you will play an important part in ensuring high cleaning standards while supporting and guiding a dedicated team.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations across a range of site areas—including offices, meeting rooms, laboratories, communal areas, and corridors—to ensure a consistent, high-quality service. Your duties will include:
Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of cleaning operatives to deliver excellent results.
Organising daily task schedules and ensuring all cleaning activities are completed to specification.
Carrying out quality checks and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Assisting with general cleaning duties when required, leading by example and maintaining high standards.
Responding promptly to operational needs and adjusting priorities to support the smooth running of the site.
Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and management to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset; however, a strong cleaning background and a passion for progression are key.
The ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and communicate clearly and confidently.
A proactive, adaptable approach, with the willingness to respond to changing priorities and support the team wherever needed.
Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
