Job Introduction
At Sodexo, we’re looking for a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to manage the day-to-day cleaning of our site facilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring work is carried out safely and to agreed schedules, while supporting the team with any additional tasks needed to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day cleaning of site facilities
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and to agreed schedules
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Support and guide the cleaning team with additional tasks as required
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the site
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent standards of cleanliness
- Professional, flexible, and committed, with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills when working with Sodexo and client teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar cleaning role
