Sodexo is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to support cleaning services at the Johnson & Johnson MedTech site in Leeds. The role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments across office and operational areas in line with site and compliance standards.
Carry out general and office cleaning tasks in accordance with site schedules and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned areas.
Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly.
Follow health & safety, COSHH, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Report hazards, defects, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
Previous cleaning experience is essential
Ability to follow instructions and work to set standards.
A reliable and flexible approach to work.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Basic communication skills and a professional attitude.
