Part Time – 16 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

About the Role

Sodexo is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to support cleaning services at the Johnson & Johnson MedTech site in Leeds. The role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments across office and operational areas in line with site and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general and office cleaning tasks in accordance with site schedules and procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned areas.

• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly.

• Follow health & safety, COSHH, and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Report hazards, defects, or issues to the supervisor promptly.

• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.

• Previous cleaning experience is essential

• Ability to follow instructions and work to set standards.

• A reliable and flexible approach to work.

• Good attention to detail and time management skills.

• Basic communication skills and a professional attitude.
