We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Chef to join our team, working with our corporate client based in Royston. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of food service to staff and guests, ensuring all operations meet the required specifications for safety, quality, and service.
Provide a high-quality catering and hospitality service, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times
Support the Sous and Head Chef in food preparation and presentation across all meal services
Maintain excellent food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards
Oversee kitchen cleanliness and security, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean and safe
Support with stock ordering and assist with budget control where required
Work flexibly to meet changing business needs, including special functions
Assist in staff training and participate in regular performance development reviews
