Senior HR Business Partner

Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to provide corporate support to the individual members of the Remote Sites management teams based in Aberdeen.
Role Responsibility
- Business partner a portfolio of senior managers and their teams
- Contribute to the development of HR Strategies and the effective introduction and monitoring of these
- Embed perfromance management processes at the operational level and providing advice, support and guidance to managers on all formal and informal aspects of performance management
- Recruitment and Selection – Lead and assist with the recruitment and selection process of appropriately competent offshore personnel in conjunction with an appropriate manager
- Absence Management – Ensure a proactive approach is taken in managing absence within Client Portfolio including monitoring, tracking, reporting, follow up of absence
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrable operational HR experience
- CIPD Qualified is desirable
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to listen, negotiate and influence
- Ability to engage with all employees at any level
- Proven experience in project work
