Sales & Events Coordinator
Job Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales & Event Coordinator to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave at the Royal Botanic Gardens, this role involves working with clients, identifying customers needs and tailoring the correct solutions, ensuring the event runs smoothly and exceeds all expectations. This is a varied role, based at a fantastic venue within a highly successful team!

Role Responsibility
The role involves managing all enquiries coming into the venue relating to weddings and events, you will be required to liaise with customers over the phone, email and face to face, ensuring you fully understand all their requirements and offering them the best package available. The role involves developing existing accounts, to take repeat bookings and strengthen relationships with the venue. Working to targets you will ensure you are optimising all opportunities to promote the venue in a proactive and professional manner. In addition the role includes some administration, preparing contracts, updating the CRM system and managing debt through the accounts process.
