SAP Development Team Leader

Job Introduction
This role leads the SAP and associated systems development teams within the Sodexo Competency centre
Role Responsibility
- Lead SAP development team, delivering services inn ABAP, PI, Workflow and portals development across a variety of modules
- Develop and manage a small team of SAP specialists
- Lead people management activities including performance and Talent management
- Establish solid working relationships
- Assist in delivering the SAP service to defined SLA standards and meet SLA targets
- Act as a trusted advisor on SAP Development
The Ideal Candidate
- In depth knowledge of SAP ABAP and related tools
- SAP certified
- Experience of leading and developing teams
- Experience of owning and developing SAP development standards
- Used to working with SAP ABAP, SAP PI, SAP Workflow, SAP portals development
Package Description
£42,000 to £50,000 plus up to 15% bonus, 6% pension, 23 days holiday, and £1300 flexible benefits fund
