SAP Competency Centre Manager
Job Introduction
As the SAP Competency Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the UK & Ireland SAP installation. You will manage the SAP team supporting, developing and enhancing the application ensuring you build a team that is capable of achieving SAP customer competence status. In addition, you will determine, with strong business understanding and stakeholder approval, the SAP roadmap.
Role Responsibility
- Provide leadership and strategy to the SAP team and ongoing SAP developments
- Achieve SAP Customer Competency Status
- Manage the SAP team, consisting of functional and development staff
- Establish solid working relationships with key business stakeholders and an understanding of segment business models
- Using SAP knowledge and skill develop, engineer and implement functionality as determined with projects
- Advise senior stakeholders of capability and possible solutions to business challenges
- Represent the UK/Eire Sap perspective within the Global Sodexo SAP environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Built, led and developed a SAP Competence Centre
- In depth knowledge, SAP Certified, in at least one of the following modules : FI CO MM SD HR
- Significant experience of managing a SAP system incorporating support and project management, including a number of implementations
- Significant experience managing teams comprising permanent staff, consultants, and contractors (on and possibly offshore)
Package Description
£65,000 to £75,000 plus £8,000 car allowance, up to 20% bonus, £1300 flexible benefits and 5% pension
