Quality Assurance Support Manager (Cleaning)

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit an experienced manager to ensure efficient Quality Assurance support is provided in addition to general relief management of a large cleaning operation for a prestigious RAF site in Suffolk.

Role Responsibility

Conduct internal audits of the cleaning operation to ensure the progressive improvement of management systems with particular regard to the reduction of system deficiencies and customer complaints.
Provide relief cover for Cleaning Managers, to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning operation on site.
Support the Services Manager in the day to day management of the cleaning operation across school buildings and retail areas for an RAF site.
Assist the development of site specific and contract wide on going staff training programmes. Analyse trends, methods and resolution statistics for periodic reporting.
Manage a team of 34 cleaners to deliver a quality cleaning service that is compliant and to Company standards.
Ensure compliance with processes, guidelines and adherence to Company Policy to maintain the required Company standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in managing or supervising a large operation, preferably on a defence site.
Experience of Managing a cleaning operation an advantage
Methodical and proactive approach, auditing experience desirable
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
IOSH certified and BICS qualification an advantage
Full UK driving licence and car essential.
