Mobilisation Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We’re immensely proud to have recently been awarded preferred bidder on a number of major contracts and are now looking for ambitious HR Mobilisation Support specialists to join us and help drive the exciting transformation and operational change management this will bring.

 

You'll be overseeing the transfer of employees, providing HR support to local HR teams and creating, and maintaining relationships with union and staff representatives.

You will also partner with leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning to significantly contribute to towards strengthening business performance.

Role Responsibility

Delivering corporate HR strategies so that local business plans are aligned to corporate plans to ensure business as usual activity it set up for success following the mobilisation and transition periods of the project

  • Learning and Development for employees within the package area
  • Resourcing, Recruitment & On-boarding
  • Leading retention, talent management & succession planning activities
  • Performance management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent CIPD qualification, or qualified by experience
  • Extensive HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
  • Strong analytical skills and proven understanding of human capital measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions
  • Professional and commercial acumen, with strong senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure
  • Exposure to unionised working environments / relationships
  • Experience of organisation development and design, and facilitation of change including consultation and engagement
  • Experience with large scale TUPE / operations of change management ideally within Public Sector and/or Outsourced organisations is highly desirable

*These will be regional roles with UK travel and overnight stays required. - accommodation will be paid for.  This role is covering Norfolk and Suffolk CRC.
