Master Data Administrator
Job Introduction
Exciting opportunities for candidates with experience of administering data to join a growing team in the central commercial department of Sodexo - an organisation delivering a range of service solutions from food services to construction management for our clients in offices, schools, prisons, hospitals, military bases, remote sites and hospitality events.
In this role you will administer, maintain and develop the master data within a variety of Sodexo’s systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date working with both internal and external stakeholders
Role Responsibility
- Administer and maintain accurate data within the systems used by the master data team
- Work across a variety of systems
- Liaise with various teams in the department
- Maintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with risk assessments, implementing any necessary changes to contain and reduce risks
- Assist with the maintenance and review of system user guides to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
- Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within an administration focused role.
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Experience of project work
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of Outlook and basic Microsoft package
- Previous SAP experience - desirable
