Marketing & Operations Manager (Offshore & Marine)
Job Introduction
As Marketing & Operations Manager (Offshore & Marine) you will drive the implementation of developed offers (innovation, marketing) to support Sodexo’s positioning as a leading provider of Comprehensive Service Solutions in the Offshore and Marine markets.
Role Responsibility
- Identify needs of global and strategic clients,
- Provide direct support and guidance to Country and Zone teams, in sales and operations, to implement the offer portfolio, supporting positioning and differentiation,
- Facilitate, involving marketing resources, the portfolio articulation and communication tools,
- Develop and implement deployment plans and provide oversight through primary audit of the achievement of the required standards,
- Work with local teams and resources to ensure brand visibility and standards are in place, whilst providing advice, education and training in the process of implementation,
- Accelerate the go-to market proposition process,
- Support specific business development tenders, supporting sales team present and sale new offers
The Ideal Candidate
- Holder of Business Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience of a marketing & operational environment. Strong understanding of Marketing and Innovation
- Previous Offshore or Marine Operational Experience would be a plus
- Ability to work in a “hands on” environment and to articulate and establish standards
- Excellent networking capabilities and building relationships internationally. Capable of influencing decisions and producing results
- Global vision and leadership, Strategic thinking and innovation skills
- Good interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to influence diverse teams with diverse priorities
- Autonomous and rigorous attitude to ensure plans are adhered to, attention to detail
- Ethical Business Approach
- Fluent in English, Excellent verbal and written communication. Other spoken language would be a plus
