Kiosk Attendant

Job Introduction

Casual work available for match days as well as conferencing and banqueting events. We are looking to build a regular team of casuals to work in the Stadium Kiosk on match days. This will involve interacting with fans, serving food and beverages, and use of the till.

Role Responsibility

Food Service

Beverage Service

Cashier Duties

Opening and Closing Units

Informing customers of daily specials.

Stocking service areas with supplies

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, reliable team players to work with us.

Previous catering experience is beneficial, but not a must.

Understanding of food hygiene and customer service

The ability to accurately process information/merchandise through the Till system with a good standard of numeracy

Excellent customer service skills

First class communication skills and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

The ability to demonstrate great team work

Package Description

An exciting opportunity to be more than a spectator with the Sodexo catering team at Brighton & Hove Albion's Amex Stadium for the 2013/14 football season.

Casual work available for match days as well as conferencing and banqueting events.

Due to alcohol licensing laws, you must be over 18 for this role.
