Head of Hospitality Sales
Job Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the sales and marketing within one of Sodexo’s most high profile contracts. Driving revenue through Hospitality sales and managing a team of dedicated professionals.
Role Responsibility
- Drive sales revenue of c£10 million budget across 3 different business streams
- Manage a team of sales professionals covering both inbound and outbound contact
- Manage the marketing team to ensure the relevant publicity is generated per event
- Work closely with the client to manage relationships and ensure stakeholders are engaged
- Manage relationships with customer stakeholders to drive sales growth
- Manage, develop and recruit the sales team to ensure the best fit for the business
- Develop business plans in line with overall strategy
- Develop and maintain positive sales agent relationships
- Own and develop the sales and marketing strategy, including regular reviews
The Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience within the venue / hospitality sales environment at a senior level
- A history of over achieving targets and driving sales growth
- Able to work with (and impress) senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Strong management skills able to motivate and drive a team forwards
Package Description
£50,000 to £60,000 plus 15% bonus, 23 days holiday, £1300 flexible benefits fund and 5% pension
