HR Bid Manager
Job Introduction
Our Healthcare division provide a range of outsourced Facilities Management services to NHS trusts across England and Wales. We now require a HR Bid manager to work closely with the Bid team, driving the strategic advantage of utilising HR within the bid process.
Role Responsibility
- Investigate the value, cost and liability with the transfer of staff in outsourcing bids
- Develop and propose innovative HR solutions for inclusion in bids and proposals, including the writing of HR aspects of bid submissions
- Design, maintain, improve and monitor the HR, mobilisation and transition aspects of Sodexo’s current bid process
- Develop a succession and manpower plan to meet future contractual requirements
- Pro-Actively support sales and operations on bidding for new business and re-bids
- Ensure all HR aspects of bid submission are legally compliant
The Ideal Candidate
- HR professional with significant experience of outsourced bids
- Technical expert in employee relations with strong experience of TUPE
- Experience of dealing with unions
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience of mobilising significant contracts
Package Description
3 to 6 month contract
£45,000 to £60,000 plus benefits
