HR Assistant
Job Introduction

With a new shared service centre in Manchester they are looking for HR Assistants to provide front line customer support to employees and managers.
Role Responsibility
- Answer calls and emails from the business relating to HR queries.
- Ensure all queries are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Liaise with payroll and other departments
- Work collaboratively with HR Team Leaders.
- Provide administrative support to the HR function
- Be able to work in a busy team whilst providing excellent customer service to the business.
The Ideal Candidate
- An interest of HR processes, policies and procedures.
- Customer service focused and committed to providing a helpful, friendly, responsive HR service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work cooperatively within a team and on own initiative
