HR Advisor Dublin

Job Introduction

We are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor to work with our Ireland business to support, advise and work directly with the Human Resources Manager and Operations team to drive business growth and profitability through employee productivity and satisfaction in our sites.

Role Responsibility

Key responsibilities:

Employee Resourcing

  • To support the HR Manager to deliver external and internal resourcing plans to attract Business Manager candidates with potential.
  • To support the HR Manager to develop and deliver a succession and manpower plan to meet future growth requirements.

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations issues to their successful conclusion including communication with all the relevant parties.
  • Build effective working relationships with the relevant unions that are in our client companies.
  • Develop the employee relations skills of Operations in order to act as a coach/mentor to them.

Reward and Recognition

  • Support the introduction of SAP Payroll to the division.
  • Support the division with respect to labour productivity and management initiatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Ensure that people understand our business strategy and are motivated to deliver it.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate successful experience of generalist HR within a highly responsive, pro-active, customer-oriented function.

Experience must have included:

  • Sound knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice
  • Interface with multiple levels of employees
  • Experience of dealing with Unions
  • Good understanding of Employee Relations
  • Experience of TUPE regulations and transfers
  • Experience of best practice talent management and recruitment processes
