Job Introduction

In this role you will manage and coordinate the asset data, PPM data and capital work data, and carry out analysis of reactive data, creating knowledge and recommendations from all data sources.

Role Responsibility

To manage and coordinate the asset data, PPM data and capital work data, and carry out analysis of reactive data, creating knowledge and recommendations from all data sources.
Coordination and manipulation of forward maintenance planning dataCreation of Forward Maintenance Plans.
Alignment of capital works to other client work programmes
Produce and present knowledge to the customer to illustrate findings and produce proposals and business cases.
Working with peers on the manipulation and coordination of asset data, and management of planned preventative maintenance schedules, programming these in the CAFM system (Maximo)
Use reactive transactional data and transform it into understandable Information & Knowledge. This will entail establishing trends in data and performing root cause analysis where necessary.
Recognising risks and opportunities within the day task notes above and provide these to the correct parties.

The Ideal Candidate

Working knowledge of building fabric and building engineering services assets
Experience in forward maintenance planning i.e. the management of data and creation of forward maintenance plans and knowledge from this data.
Experience of collating and reviewing asset data in a qualitative manner
Demonstrable experience in programming planned preventative maintenance work schedules
Working knowledge of Maximo
Excellent data manipulation skills using relevant MS systems
Very good communication skills
