Due Diligence Manager

Job Introduction

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Due Dilligence Manager to work with a very high profile client. We are looking for a strong people manager who enjoys building new relationships. You must be flexible to travel both across the UK and throughout Europe.

Role Responsibility

Ensure consistent methodology and tools are being used in all the sites
Prepare and participate to kick off meetings in the different sites
Challenge the data collected and make sure we have captured relevant amount of financial and operational information
Ensure application of best practices and innovations for designing the solution
Challenge the organization and operations model provided by countries in order to achieve our commitments
Ensure each site prepares Transition Planning & Budget and transition is completed successfully
Coordinate and support the definition & sign-off of the operating model
Educate and induct country operational & site management teams
Liaise with SME and Operational Excellence team to exchange around best practices and improvements proposal

The Ideal Candidate

5year successful experience in an operational position (district manager, large FM site Manager) with significant exposure to FM services
Min degree level or a relevant industry experience
Capable to develop motivation and to get buy in around his proposals
Capable to take innovating or proactive decisions
Advanced on Project management
Be flexible, innovative, hard-working and detail-oriented
Excellent client relationship management skills
Wording skills and ability to synthesize
Good interpersonal skills

Package Description

£45,000 plus bonus and benefits
