Business Intelligence Manager
Job Introduction
A superb opportunity to join Sodexo in a key management role, working within our Sodexo Property Solutions business. The role is heavily involved in adding value to the client proposition.
Role Responsibility
- Provide a high quality business intelligence service to external clients
- Provide a high quality business intelligence service to internal clients
- Work closely with internal and external clients to understand their current needs and future requirements
- Ensure internal systems are robust and best in class
- Utilise strong data mining techniques to provide meaningful MI
- Manage a team of analysts and developers
- Develop a standardised reporting process
- Manage ad-hoc requests
The Ideal Candidate
- Successful track record in managing a Business Intelligence department
- Strong management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Degree qualified in Information Technology or Science related subject
- Significant exposure to MS SQLserver technology
- Significant experience using and managing IBM Cognos
- Able to interface across a number of levels and develop strong relationships
