Job Introduction

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Facilities Management companies. The role will focus on the growth of sales of the toolkit of benefits and rewards services.  

Role Responsibility

  • To contribute to the growth of the business by selling the Sodexo suite of services through effective negotiation,up-selling and cross-selling
  • To create, nurture and retain long term client relationships with the ability to deliver incremental Business Volume and Revenue.
  • To work closely and collaboratively with the wider Sodexo Benefits & Rewards team. Key day-to-day stakeholders include (but are not limited to):
  • Tele Prospect Managers
  • Account Managers
  • Prospect Managers
  • Key Account Manager
  • Tender Executive
  • Affiliates Manager
  • Customer Care
  • Potential to manage our Sodexo third party channel relationships and win new business through the account management of these important industry partners that can add value to our existing propositions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Significant Sales / Account Management / Relationship Development experience.
  • A broad understanding of business issues faced by senior managers and directors.
  • An ability to deal with and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • A track record of success in consultative sales.
  • The ability to understand a clients’ business needs, requirements and challenges, and to successfully sell in a solution from the Sodexo suite of services
  • Perserverence, patience, determination, resilience

Package Description

£25,000 to £30,000 plus £15,000 OTE, company car and excellent benefits
