Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity to join Sodexo’s Benefits and Rewards division
To contribute to the growthof the business by selling the Sodexo Benefits and Rewards suite of services through effective negotiation, up-selling and cross-selling.
Role Responsibility
- To create, nurture and retain long term client relationships with the ability to deliver incremental Business Volume and Revenue.
- To work closely and collaboratively with the wider Sodexo Benefits & Rewards team. Key day-to-day stakeholders including Account managers , prospect managers and operations managers
- Work closely with existing clients to achieve their objectives in employee retention
- Build best value propositions for clients
- Ensure delivery of the various schemes
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong Communication skills – Phone and face to face
- Sales experience, able to understand requirements and match the Sodexo Rewards and Benefits service offering quickly and efficiently
- Experience of presenting propsals over the phone and via webex
- Strong verbal and written sales experience
- High degree of tenacity combined with attention to detail and high customer service ethic
Package Description
OTE £25,000 (uncapped) plus benefits
