Operations Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo has just secured a new contract with Windsor Park Football Stadium; due to this exciting new contract win we are looking for an experienced manager to join the team as Operations Manager. This role involves working with the General Manager and the client to foster a close working partnership. You will be responsible for leading teams across catering and hospitality to deliver an exceptional level of service whilst maximising profits.

Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events is the Sports and Leisure division of Sodexo UK & Ireland. Role Responsibility

This autonomous role involves facilitating a high support, high challenge management culture that motivates and engages the workforce. You will be responsible for preparing staff rotas and wage forecasts ensuring budgets and objectives are met. With team responsibility you will also manage recruitment, inductions and training for the employees on site. Looking after the operation on site you will review front of house products, whilst controlling and supervising the preparation, production and service of beverages.  You will also continue to seek new ways to drive revenue for the business and maximise sales across all operational departments. It’s imperative in this role to develop long-term client relationships to enhance retention and ensuring optimum customer satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate

• Operational knowledge, skills and experience in a Conference & Banqueting and Public Catering  environment

•  Management of a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Resilience to manage multiple tasks and prioritise importance
