Key Responsibilities':

You’ll play a key role in keeping client sites safe, compliant, and operating at their best by:

• Develop and deliver innovative, seasonal, and trend-led menus
  
• Lead and inspire high-performing culinary teams


• Ensure exceptional food quality and customer experiences across all sites


• Champion sustainability, ethical sourcing, and waste reduction initiatives


• Build strong client relationships through engagement and food presentations


• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards


• Manage food operations, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

You will bring:

• Proven experience within high-end hospitality, restaurants, or premium contract catering
• Strong culinary creativity and food trend awareness
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong operational and financial management experience
• Passion for sustainability and exceptional food experiences

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge with IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent qualifications desirable
