We are seeking a motivated and engaging Programmes Facilitator to join our team at HMP Peterborough.
This rewarding role involves working directly with prisoners on both a one-to-one and group basis, delivering structured rehabilitative programmes designed to help individuals understand their behaviour, develop positive relationships, improve decision-making skills, and support their journey towards an offence-free future.
As part of the Reducing Reoffending team, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based interventions that contribute to rehabilitation, public safety, and reducing reoffending. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
HMP Peterborough is the UK's first purpose-built prison to accommodate both men and women on the same site. As a resettlement-focused establishment, it delivers a wide range of educational, vocational, and behavioural programmes alongside accredited training and employment opportunities that help individuals prepare for release and build positive futures.
At Sodexo, our culture is built around three hallmarks: Be Positive, Be Courageous, and Be the Difference. We encourage our colleagues to create hope through every interaction, challenge behaviours that do not support a positive environment, and make meaningful contributions that improve outcomes for those in our care.
