Vending and Catering Assistant

Job Introduction

  • You would be involved in all aspects of kitchen duties, including food preparation, cooking, serving, selling goods and cleaning.
  • This job entails filling fizzy drinks & confectionary in vending machiness located in rest areas in the factory. This involves manual extensive handling, the area is large
  • Filling and cleaning hot beverage machines in the rest areas as detailed above

Role Responsibility

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will be required to complete simple sales control sheets so basic numeracy and literacy skills are required
  • The successful applicant will also be required to carry out various kitchen duties, which could include: food preparation, cooking, serving on counters and tills, plate wash and pot wash duties and general cleaning duties
  • Previous experience working in a catering environment is preferred, full training will be given.
  • We require all our staff to have excellent customer service skills so that we can continue to provide our Clients and customers with an excellent level of service.

Package Description

  • We operate Demand Led Scheduling that will be discussed in detail at interview
  • We require our staff to be flexible to meet the needs of our Client, so hours into the future may increase.
  • Occasional Saturday morning working
  • Filling food and confectionary vending machines
  • Preparing a range of food for our services
