Technical Services Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Cluster Technical Services Supervisor for our drinks manufacturing sites in and around London. The successful candidate would have a proven track record within the building services engineering field, experience managing a team and strong client relationship experience.

Role Responsibility
- Act as First point of contact for the site engineering requirements and deputise for the Cluster Technical Services Manager during holiday periods
- Manage the reactive maintenance figures using the EZMax app in conjunction with Command Centre, Compliance Manager and Technical Services Manager
- Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit
- Control of sub-contractor visits (review risk and method statements)
- Manage and maintain Sodexo IMS ensuring all files are up to date
- Take a positive lead in any internal/external audit process
- Responsible for the Health & Safety of the maintenance team
- Carry out PPE audit checks
- Ensure all required training is identified and managed for renewals
- Ensure all legislation is current and complied with
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Must have a background in Electrical Maintenance
- Experienced within the building services engineering field
- High level of practical knowledge of Health and Safety and general legislative requirements
- Proven experience of people management within a service environment
- Ability to work in a safe manner
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure whilst looking for continual improvements to service delivery.
- Must be able to work in restricted/confined spaces
- Must be able to work at height
- Must hold current driving licence
Desirable:
- PASMA trained
- Asbestos trained or awareness course
- Confined Space trained
- Low Voltage AP/CP (AP2 Qualified)
- L8 Water awareness trained
- Understanding of CDM requirements
- Permit to work control including Working at Heights and Hot Works
