Systems and Data Manager
Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems & Data Manager to join our Compliance, Risk and Quality Management team working for one of our most prestigious clients.
As the Systems & Data Manager you will take overall responsibility for developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, and analysing Sodexo account data and organizational data systems. You will act as a ‘gate keeper’ of all measures on the IFM services delivered across our client’s UK&I portfolio, with relevant legislative and company standards across the contract, to capture measurement of KPIs, CPIs, statutory, legislative and company compliance.

Main Responsibilities
- To act as the contract subject matter expert, you will communicate to the wider team in respect to adoption of best practice and any operational changes regarding the system solutions and will interface with all users of the systems to ensure users are fully trained
- You will create all business reporting requirements and support stakeholders ahead of governance and internal leadership meetings and will have overall responsibility for deployment and management of information within the CAFM system delivered by Central Hub team including the collection and analysis of data and information in relation to the compliance of technical assets managed by Sodexo across client portfolio
- To develop procedures for data sharing, evaluating the integrity of databases and continuously improving data management strategies, ensuring that data security and confidentiality is always maintained
- To ensure you are seen as a trusted Data manager and system advisor to the business who leads Maximo performance to support the FM areas and track the results
- To be accountable for maintaining Share-Point and contract Power Bi reporting and maintaining all process work stream documentation
- To ensure risks and impact are highlighted to maintain continuous and compliant contract delivery
- To ensure, that health and safety is given the number one priority

The Ideal Candidate
You would have already held a similar position in Facilities Management professional with a proven background from a large-scale IFM portfolio.
You will also have:
- Advanced level of knowledge of the Maximo CAFM system
- Knowledgeable on Power BI and SharePoint
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of process mapping
- Strong presentation development skills (creation)
- The ability to analyse business needs and embed new processes through dedicated stakeholder engagement to establish collaborative working relationships to entrench best practice
- The ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced working environment, effectively managing multiple work streams
- Proficient with business analysis techniques: techniques which help in modelling and understanding a business and its operation
- Proficient in progress reporting: methods and techniques for reporting progress Proficient in reporting and analysis methods
- Knowledge of methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects e.g. work breakdown structures
- Knowledge of risk management: the identification, assessment, and management of risks, which could result in time or cost over-runs, or failure to deliver products which are fit for purpose
- Proficient in customer service techniques: techniques for ensuring that full account is taken of customers’ real and stated needs in the delivery of products and services
Remuneration
Salary £35,000- £37,000
