Site Lead Receptionist

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Site Lead Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Through effective management of the team, deliver a 5 star service to ReAssure
  • Completion of weekly trading returns for services processed on site.
  • Evaluate ideas for additional scope of work and additional services and recommend to the client as appropriate.
  • Reporting on SLAs and delivering action plans to ensure that SLAs are met/exceeded
  • Ensure all Front of House areas are fit for public viewing – receptions clean and tidy, counters clean, all stock holding areas filled.
  • Managing compliance including standard operating procedures, purchasing, statutory requirements (health and safety)
  • Responsible for the leadership of all employees including effective resource management, recruitment, induction, PDRs, development, coaching, employee engagement and performance management
  • Oversee labour management and ensure that this is being managed effectively
  • To be responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the Reception, Business Lounge, Catering and Hospitality services and equipment within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
  • To actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with high levels of food hygiene.
  • Actively support and promote the “One Team” ethos of working and supporting between departments.
 

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Experience of working in a high-profile environment dealing with customers/clients in a front of house role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous management experience
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills

 

Desirable

  • IOSH managing safely
