Role Responsibility

The role involves promoting the venue and providing clients with a motivating sales experience, you will ensure a high performing sales culture across the team and support the Sales & Events Manager to managing the re-actives sales team.

The role requires a proactive individual who can research the market, convert enquiries into sales and establish customer needs before promoting the best solution for their event. Working with the wider team, you will hand over to the operations team effectively making sure the event runs smoothly and the customers’ expectations are exceeded.

The Ideal Candidate

A proven track record in a sales role
A strong knowledge of the local market
A good researcher, negotiator, and client focussed approach
Understanding of strategy creation and willingness to grow a business
Excellent communication verbal & written skills
Excellent business relationship building skills and understanding of customer needs
