About the role

At Sodexo our Facilities Management team are second to none and we’re looking for a Security Team Leader to join our dedicated and friendly team.  

This key role is central to our smooth-running operation and as such we need someone who will help us provide an excellent customer experience. 

Heading a close-knit team of officers you’ll be overseeing rotas, holiday requests and ensuring all questions and queries are answered quickly and efficiently.

As our go to person, you’ll ensure all protocols and procedures are always followed correctly whilst upholding the highest of standards.

A few things about you  

If you have great attention to detail, love being part of a focused team and want an excellent opportunity then we would love to hear from you! Don’t forget to bring you previous security experience with you too!

Your brilliant communication skills and IT knowhow will help you as you become an important part of our larger team.  

An SIA licence and supervisory experience are essential, but we can support you through any other training that you may require.

• £12.25 PH, flexible benefits

• 7am-4.30pm or 8am-5.30pm on weekly rotation
