Job Introduction

Job Purpose

  • To lead a team of Retail Service Assistants and ensure high standards within retail catering services

Role Responsibility

The successful candidate will provide good supervisory skills, a good understanding of stock rotation and cash handling procedures.

Support the delivery of training / development to team members and possess a dynamic approach to delivering a quality customer experience

  • Catering Experience within a retail environment
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Customer Focused
  • Excellent Time management
  • Self-Motivated and innovative
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to the role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Barista experience

    Desirable

  • Computer Literacy
  • Previous Catering experience
  • In depth knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Strong health and safety knowledge
