Reprographics Officer

About the role

At Sodexo we understand that our success lies in the finer details and we have a whole family of administrative support staff that lead the way – and we have an opportunity for a Reprographics Officer to join us.

You’ll be working to deadlines with a strong focus on customer and client relations, so this is a great role to showcase your great communication skills and keen eye for detail.

There will be quarterly surges in the business and so a flexible approach is key and coupled with your calm and organised manner you’ll soon become a key part of our close-knit team.

A few things about you 

It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role, and we will support you every step of the way with training on our site-specific requirements.

We also want you to bring your problem-solving talents, strong team-work ethos and diplomacy skills with you when you join us.

Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There’ll be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it’s vital that you’ll champion this.

Package Details

  • Mon – Fri 40hrs per week
  • General office hours as per business requirements
  • £12.04 p/h
  • Occasional quarterly overtime required (paid above hourly rate)
  • Training provided
