Job Introduction

Sodexo are currently looking to add to our casual Hospitality team at Sussex County Cricket Club to deliver a world class guest experience second to none, we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals. This role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to join our conscientious and outgoing team.

Summer 2022 consists of over 25 competitive fixtures and two musical concerts along with many major event days currently planned. Join us to create exceptional moments and lasting memories for our visitors.

Role Responsibility

Ensuring all Kitchen and Food and Beverage areas are maintained in line with food hygiene regulations.
Ensuring the cleanliness of all crockery and equipment.
To dispose of waste from catering areas to designated collection points.
To operate industrial dishwashers in all catering areas.

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent verbal communication skills
Being friendly yet professional
Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
Good attention to detail and punctuality
Being proactive is key
Experience in a kitchen setting.
