Location: Home based with travel to client sites across central and southern England
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Sodexo have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our established team working with our global clients in based across central and southern England.
In this role you will be responsible for the management and delivery of end to end mechanical, electrical and fabric projects for a variety of corporate clients.
Drawing on your experience to date you will adopt value driven project management strategies at a project level, across a portfolio of Sodexo Corporate Services contracts.
This will be achieved through end-to-end management of low to high complexity projects with multi-stream/multi-site requirements across the portfolio as required.

About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Project Management Qualification – APM, PMI, Prince2 etc.
- Experience in delivery mechanical, electrical and building fabric projects.
- Able to act on initiative, with attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills, proven project management experience, and an understanding of business issues.
- Demonstrable experience of forward planning, problem solving, analytical thinking
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent active listening skills.
- Motivate/nurture a proactive and positive “can do” attitude and approach at all levels.
- Knowledge of approach to Health and Safety legislations, such as CDM.
- Experience of working in an outsourced IFM environment preferable.
