Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are looking for someone to join our Sodexo HR staffing and recruitment team at Newcastle United Football Club. This role will involve recruiting and developing our casual teams for all match days, ensuring a smooth operation. This is a varied role overseeing recruitment, payroll and general HR related activities.

Role Responsibility

You will be involved in advertising roles and attending recruitment days to promote the range of casual vacancies across the venue, arranging and conducting interviews to ensure there are enough people available to cover all match days. Working with managers you will be responsible for understanding requirements and labour budgets, ensuring that staffing levels match the requirements of the business. Following the recruitment, you will issues starter packs and check all training is in place. Conducting additional HR activities you will be involved in managing absenteeism, creating personnel records and completing payroll.  On match days you will be operational and check staff in when they arrive at the venue, this is a varied role where no two days are the same.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Administration background
  • Recruitment background 
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills

Package Description

Up to £20,00 depending on experience + benefits
