Reception Supervisor

About the role 

At Sodexo, we’re passionate about people and have our customers at heart of everything we do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients and we currently have a vacancy for a Reception supervisor  to join our busy team at HMRC Stratford

Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to leading a team. You’ll ensure our reception desks and their teams run seamlessly whilst offering a high standard of customer service, you'll maintain compliance records, and ensure the front of house manager is kept up to date with day to day operations.

You'll be responsible for communicating with the wider management team, attend/hold team meetings and ensure all communications from the reception team are monitored and feedback is given.

A few things about you 

Previous experience in a leadership is required for this role, and if you have experience within conferencing and events.. even better! 

Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this. 

A DBS and BPSS checks are required if successful in this position.

  • 13.24 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
