Production Team Leader

Job Introduction

To coordinate and manage the day to day operation of a production line, lead, develop and coach production operatives, cover blast if and when required.

Role Responsibility

  • To ensure all company food safety policies are adhered to
  • Compliance to all relevant line and blast paper work ensuring complete accuracy
  • Control record and be proactive in managing and reducing all waste
  • Look closely at controlling product giveaway and ensuring product giveaway is kept to a minimum
  • Follow correct metal detection CCP and ensure all paper work is filled out accurately and in a timely manner
  • Identify and inform team leader / supervisor / manager of product and process issues
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Report and take necessary action for any incidents of fire, damage, loss or other accidents
  • To report any incidences of absence promptly and according to the company sickness procedure.
