Creative Project Manager (in-house Brand & Comms team)

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Job Introduction

Our Brand & Communications team is responsible for telling the Sodexo story, and because there is such a great story to tell we are now looking to add a Creative Project Manager to the line-up.

As the Creative Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the creative content hub. This will involve everything from resource & project planning to client engagement to financial & budget management.

You’ll increase the efficiency and output of the content hub by ensuring that the creative team can focus on asset creation and creative consultancy services and that we have the right suppliers in place to support the needs of our organisation.

To be successful you’ll have great time management and organisation skills, be confident handling a spreadsheet with solid budget management skills and financial acumen, be a great communicator with brilliant stakeholder management skills and have a good understanding of the production, creative / digital marketing content process to boot. You don’t need to be a designer or copywriter, but you will (or should) know what strong creative work looks like!

You’ll have the opportunity to add value from your first day, working as part of a growing proactive, creative and inspiring team. You’ll be able to develop your knowledge and skills and build a career in a company that’s got so many stories to tell.

Role Responsibility

You will be joining a small inhouse creative content team, however it manages a high volume of work, often with quick turnaround times. As such, your role will be to:

  • ensure projects are delivered in the most efficient and effective way whether this is by the inhouse team – who you will ensure are fully but not overly resourced; or the freelance/external supplier/agency bench – which you will work to reinforce
  • manage stakeholder expectations to maintain and grow the reputation of the content hub within the business
  • manage the pipeline of work and the financial administration that comes with that, working closely with both the Finance team and the Head of Creative to determine where pipeline dictates the need for additional resource.
  • undertake a number of administrative responsibilities which include diary management; completion of production paperwork; processing POs etc.
