About The Role
We arelooking for an experienced Pricing Lead witha passion for turning data and strategy into winning solutions to join our teamat Sodexo.
We’reseeking a resilient, detail-driven professional who can thrive in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment, balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlineswhile maintaining accuracy and focus. As a Pricing Lead, you’ll play a keyrole in shaping commercially successful bids across our Food and IntegratedFacilities Management (IFM) services.
You’llbring together insight, analysis, and collaboration to develop accurate,competitive, and client-focused pricing models. Working closely withbusiness development, finance, procurement, and operational teams, you’llensure our proposals are commercially strong, compliant, and aligned with bothclient needs and business objective, even under demanding circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pricing process for strategic bids across Food and IFM
- Develop and manage detailed cost and pricing models to support commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational solutions into accurate financial models.
- Analyse data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear commercial recommendations.
- Support bid governance and approval processes with concise financial analysis and commentary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools, models, and processes.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Pricer/Estimator, or as an operations lead (with a deep understanding of the role), working in the Food and IFM outsourcing sector
- Strong understanding of catering solution design, service delivery, cost structures and pricing
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence in managing complex financial data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders, across business functions
- Commercially astute with a focus on creating value-driven, client-centric solutions.
