Office Administrator

Job Introduction

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to provide the Liffey Valley Dublin office's on-site management team with prompt, effective, and professional reception, and administrative support.
We are looking for an Administrator who can coordinate on-site contractors, assist their work, and communicate with department leaders to ensure that all office-related issues are resolved quickly.

Role Responsibility

  • To be the point of contact for all Liffey Valley inquiries.
  • Assist the Divisional Director and Operations Teams with administrative tasks.
  • Support the clerical needs of the office while ensuring excellent organisation
  • Facilitate contractors on site and issue permits to work when necessary
  • Provide structure for meeting room layouts & bookings  
  • Schedule meetings and activities in accordance with the demands of the company.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) 
  • Proven experience within a similar role (not less than 1 year).   
  • Good standard of general education and qualifications to diploma level 
  • Understanding of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Able to proactively plan activity/ meetings/ events and mitigate potential barriers to success 
  • Capable of working under own Initiative

3 days per week, Wednesday - Friday, 8am-4.15pm
