Mailroom Assistant / Porter

Job Introduction

About the role 

At Sodexo, we know how vital our back of house team are – they’re the engine that keep our business moving!

To provide this vital service we have a talented team working with us, and we currently have an opportunity for a Mail Room Assistant / Porter to join us.

Being part of a busy team will allow you to demonstrate your excellent service standards to ensure we deliver an efficient and professional mailing service.

You’ll be organising and supporting deliveries and distributing mail in a timely manner and You’ll keep a record of mailroom activity.

A few things about you  

As this is a customer facing role, your infectious smile and helpful attitude will certainly tick the boxes. You’ll also work as part of a team, so strong communication skills are key.

Having experience in a similar role would be great, but if not, we would still love to hear from you.

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there will be procedures to follow such as Health & Safety, so it is vital that you can champion this.
