Logistic & Waste Operative

Job Introduction

About Role 

At Sodexo, our waste team are vital to making sure that we provide a high-quality service. To provide this great service, we have a talented team behind us, and currently have a vacancy for a Logistics & Waste Operative to join us!  

 You will ensure that we deliver service excellence across the operation, always ensuring a strict daily waste schedule is followed and all waste duties are carried out in strict accordance with Health and Safety regulations.  

You will be responsible for undertaking tasks such as transporting stock, laundry items and waste. 

A few things about you 

As this is a customer facing role, it’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude with strong communication skills and an eye for attention to detail. You'll be a great team player and be able to work independently on your own.  

Previous experience would be great, however if above sounds like you we’d love to hear from you!  

Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this.  

The Ideal Candidate

Must have Fork lift Licence.

This is a manual role and good health is very key to success in this role.

this is a 12hour shift patter

2 days 7am-7pm

2 days 7pm -7am 

4 days off
