Role Responsibility
Main Duties: Being responsible for all aspects of organising all hospitality events in conjunction with catering manager and head chef, organising and arranging theme days – being responsible for training catering staff and all new hires to the business- also working in the kitchen as an FSA as required by the business,
The Ideal Candidate
Skills for all vacancies: previous experience organising and managing a busy hospitality service within a busy catering unit – and previous experience in training large groups of people – being able to train manual handling is a bonus – also having managing safely in Sodexo completed is essential.
