Hospitality Manager

Job Introduction

We are currently looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our Sodexo team onsite in our Nottingham regional centre in Nottingham City Centre, where you will be responsible for the management of our front of house and BEC services within the soft facilities operational business area, including portering and the mailroom. 

You will be required to support the General Services Manager to ensure standards of service are maintained, delivering excellent customer/client service, building and preserving relationships, while overseeing your team.

Role Responsibility

• To manage all front of house and BEC services within the soft facilities management operational business area including portering, mailroom.
• To support the General Services manager to ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement
• To supervise all aspects of performance of an assigned group of direct reports including front of house colleagues Bec colleagues, porters, mailroom operatives.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

• Previous experience of working in an events lead environment
• Must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
• Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards

Desirable:

• Experience of working within military or hospitality environment
• Previous experience of effectively supervising a team
• Leadership skills and knowledge
• Knowledge/qualification in Health & Safety
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions 

Package Description

£27,500 per annum
